course narrative
In this class, I learned the basics about the major, as well as potential jobs it could lead to. We created our e-portfolio (this site) and acquired skills to make the most out of our major. The class gave me the skills to brainstorm what I can apply myself to, as well as think about how many possibilities there are with a BA in language. While I think most people taking this course are earlier in their path, I am a junior (almost senior) so this class was important for me to work towards my capstone project, as well as reflecting on the classes I've taken. This class also gave me the chance to test my reading and speaking skills, and be placed in the appropriate Japanese course level.
